Scenic Road #127(South), Manchester and Gloucester

The Scenic Drive 127 runs around Cape Ann between small port towns. The road is windy and provides magnificent views of the Atlantic ocean. Manchester by the sea and Gloucester are two more prominent town on the southerner part of the 127 rout.
